Automated Certification
With the increased adoption of federation due to the popularity of SaaS and cloud services, large federation hubs require an automated way of regularly validating that endpoints are adhering to an agreed-upon trust framework. Endpoints should be able to certify their compliance on a regular basis or when first deployed.
FuGen provides such a service with our MISPTM platform.
- An administrator for a federation endpoint can login to our web portal and entering or updating the necessary information about their endpoint, be able to certify their endpoint in minutes.
- The deployment profile and partner certification/qualification criteria have already been setup before for the “hub”.
- The simulated endpoint captures and validates tokens, signatures, encryption, assurance level mappings, claims, and attributes according to a pre-defined test criteria irrespective of the protocol used - SAML, WS-*, OpenID, or OAuth.
- Archival reports can be viewed through FuGen’s web-based portal.
