FuGen Solutions, Inc., a leading PaaS-based Identity Federation Deployment, Auditing, Monitoring and Compliance Service Provider, will be taking part in an interoperability demonstration hosted by the Burton Group. The event will take place on Wednesday evening, July 29th, at Burton Group’s Catalyst Conference North America 2009 in San Diego, CA.

The “Cloud Single Sign-on Interop Demo” event will demonstrate how federation standards such as SAML, WS-Federation, OpenID, and others can be used to access hosted, SaaS or cloud-based applications in a secure and easy-to-use manner by end-users of these off-premise applications, an area of considerable interest today for enterprises. Instead of requiring a password for every off-premise application, this demo will illustrate how standards such as SAML, WS-Federation, OpenID, and others can be utilized to provide federated SSO. Participants in the demo represent a cross-section of industry participants including IT vendors, and SaaS application service providers including Exostar, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, WebEx, and others.
