Federation Lifecycle Support
FuGen offers lifecycle management support for federations after deployment to maintain and manage the operation of the federation. The services include:
- Email/ phone support: automated troubleshooting, federation upgrades and migrations, regular endpoint certifications using stored scenarios
- Health and correlated monitoring: an endpoint can submit test assertions into the federation with associated logging and reporting. The reports are able to correlate activity at both the hub and spoke endpoints so that, for example, an authentication assertion can be traced from the issuing party to the receiving party for end-to-end compliance.
- Virtual scenario access and storage: access to stored customer scenarios allowing for diagnostic troubleshooting
- Alerts and notifications: alerting and notification services through an operations dashboard and automation.
