Underlying our approach to providing comprehensive, successful identity solution deployments for our customers is our methodology which is a combination of clearly defined and proven implementation processes in conjunction with using our MISPTM platform.
For any deployment, we employ four phases - assess, on-board, deploy, and manage – to support the complete identity federation lifecycle.
Assessment: includes workshops, discovery of the customer’s business drivers and use cases, and governance requirements. From this discovery we design and architect the deployment (network, application), and select vendor products based on capabilities and performance.
On-boarding: comprises developing the on-boarding and certification process for a federation “hub” where all of the processes and procedures are defined to successfully and securely manage the federation as it scales. Security policies and guidelines and common operating rules are defined to establish the trust framework for the participants as well as a deployment profile and the partner on-boarding and certification processes to guarantee the deployment interoperability.
Deployment: setting up, configuring and implementing the vendor products in the various customers’ environments. We use our MISPTM platform to speed the deployment process testing, validating, and certifying that each endpoint is in compliance and meets any stipulated service level agreements.
Management: provides access to the managed pre-deployment testing environments so that members of the federation can investigate incidents more rapidly and also perform on-going testing as needed. We also can provide expertise via email/ phone.
