Managed Services
FuGen's Managed Services provides comprehensive, successful identity and access management solution deployments for our customers with clearly defined and proven implementation tools and processes using FuGen MISPTM Methodology. For any deployment, MISPTM Methodology employs four phases - assess, on-board, deploy, and manage – to support the complete identity management and federation lifecycle.
Assessment: includes workshops, discovery of the customer’s business drivers and use cases, and governance requirements.
On-boarding: comprises developing the security policies, customer and partner on-boarding and certification processes and operating rules where all of the processes and procedures are defined to successfully and securely manage the manage the infrastructure as it scales.
Deployment: involves setting up, configuring and implementing the vendor products in various customers’ environments using IAM solutions to speed up the deployment process, testing, validating, and certifying that each component is in compliance and meets any stipulated service level agreements.
Management: provides management for above phases and include support during and after deployment from FuGen’s Operations Support Center (FOC). Please refer to FuGen Operational Support Services section for additional information about the FOC.
